Telehealth services
Elevé Health Co. is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independently licensed providers. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that a therapy will be prescribed. A provider determines what, if anything, is appropriate for you.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and located in a state we serve. You agree to provide accurate, complete health information.
Orders, pricing & payment
Prices are subject to change. Approved orders must be paid within the window communicated to you. We offer Klarna, Afterpay, Zip, and HSA/FSA as payment options at checkout.
Returns
For safety reasons, prescription and compounded medications cannot be returned or resold once shipped. Contact us immediately if an order arrives damaged or incorrect.
