Meet Summer & Hilary
I’m the founder of Elevé Health Co., a mom, a business owner, and someone who understands firsthand how difficult it can be to recognize yourself again after becoming a mother and life in general.
My journey to creating Elevé Health Co. started during a season of my life when I was struggling with my weight, my confidence, my energy, and simply feeling like myself again after having my first beautiful daughter, Mariana Elle.
Motherhood changed my life in the most beautiful ways, but postpartum was a very challenging chapter for me. Between the physical changes, emotional ups and downs, and the struggle to feel comfortable in my own body, I found myself searching for something that could help me feel better — and not just look different. That’s when I discovered GLP-1 medications and peptides.
For me, they became part of a much bigger transformation. I began feeling more confident, more motivated, and more like the woman I remembered. I learned that sometimes the hardest part isn’t knowing what you want to change — it’s finding the right support and having someone who genuinely understands what you’re going through. That experience completely changed the way I looked at health and wellness.
Why I Created Elevé Health Co.
I created Elevé because I know how overwhelming it can feel to start your health journey. There is so much information online, so many different opinions, and so many people who make you feel like you should be able to figure it all out on your own.
I wanted to create something different. My goal is to make access to medically guided weight-management and wellness options feel simpler, more approachable, and more affordable — while making sure people feel supported throughout their journey.
I don’t believe healthcare should feel intimidating or that someone should feel ashamed for wanting to lose weight, improve their health, or feel more confident in their body. And I certainly don’t believe you should have to feel alone while doing it.
For Women and Men Alike
While my story began through my own postpartum experience, Elevé Health Co. was never meant to be just for women. Health struggles don’t discriminate — and neither should support.
Men also face their own challenges with weight, energy, confidence, stress, and overall wellness. Many men are quietly dealing with the same frustrations of not feeling like themselves, struggling to stay consistent, or wanting to improve their health but not knowing where to start.
Elevé is here for them too. Because everyone deserves to feel good in their body and supported in their journey.

Elevé Health Co. was built from a very personal place. I know what it feels like to struggle. I know what it feels like to try to make changes and not know where to start. And I know how powerful it can be when you finally find something that helps you feel like yourself again.

I’m Hilary — co-founder of Elevé Health Co., a wife, mom to an incredible 10-year-old son, and a longtime entrepreneur who has spent my career building companies, forging partnerships, and turning big ideas into reality.
But Elevé is more than another business for me. It’s personal.
As I entered my 40s, I found myself asking what it really means to feel and function at your best as you age. Brain fog, fatigue, changes in my body and recovery — I experienced all of it, and I wanted real answers, not just more questions. That search led me deep into the world of peptide therapy, longevity science, and metabolic health, and eventually into years of firsthand experience working alongside the physicians and researchers shaping this field.
Why Elevé
Alongside my co-founder Summer, I built Elevé because I saw how many people want to be proactive about their health but don’t know where to start or who to trust. We created Elevé to close that gap — connecting people with licensed, qualified medical providers and giving them access to medically guided peptide and wellness protocols built around their individual goals.
Whether someone’s focus is metabolic health, healthy aging, performance, recovery, or body composition, their journey is personal — and it deserves a team that treats it that way.
There is nothing more rewarding to me than watching someone start to thrive again.
